Our warranty covers:
- Free repair for minor damages such as chips, cracks, or finish wear due to craftsmanship.
- Free replacement for defects caused by material or workmanship.
- Discounted replacement for rings lost or damaged beyond repair, not covered by the warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme environments, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, resizing, or unauthorized modifications are also excluded.

If your ring needs attention, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide guidance for repair, replacement, or a discounted new ring.
