Can I Return or Exchange My Ring?

We want you to absolutely love your RingedRoots piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your ring.

• You may exchange your ring for a different size, width, or style.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to a 12% restocking fee.
• Custom-made rings are final sale, but size exchanges are allowed.
• Rings made with customer-supplied materials, ring sizers, and accessories are final sale and non-returnable.

Please note: All returned rings must be in clean, “unworn,” and resalable condition. Rings showing scratches, wear, or damage may incur a repair or damage fee.

Size Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange within 30 days of receiving your original ring. If additional size adjustments are needed, a fee equal to 20% of the ring’s original price will apply.
