RingedRoots Size Guide
Finding Your Perfect Fit
Every hand is unique — even between your own fingers, sizes can vary quite a bit. That’s why guessing rarely works. Before ordering your ring from RingedRoots, we recommend using our ring sizing chart and measurement guide to ensure the best fit possible.
How Should a Ring Feel?
A well-fitting ring should feel secure but never tight. It should glide comfortably over your knuckle, stay in place once on, and allow for the small natural changes in finger size that happen throughout the day. Comfort is key — your ring should feel like part of you.
Choosing Between Two Sizes
If you find yourself between sizes, always lean toward the slightly larger option. It’s far better to have a ring that’s a touch loose than one that feels restrictive. A tight ring can cause discomfort, while a slightly looser fit still feels comfortable and safe.
Wide Band Designs
Wider bands (typically 8mm or more) fit more snugly on the finger than narrow ones. For these designs, we suggest going up a quarter to half a size if using US ring sizes, or about one full size in UK/Australian measurements. Refer to our size chart for exact conversions.
If You Have Larger Knuckles
If your knuckles are wider than the base of your finger — common for many people — measure both areas. Choose a size that fits comfortably over your knuckle but isn’t too loose once worn. For the best results, select a size that balances both measurements.
