Each RingedRoots ring is handcrafted with care. Production time typically takes between 3–5 days, depending on the materials and customization details. You’ll receive an update once your ring is ready to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most international orders arrive within 7–14 days. Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Can I return or exchange my ring?

We want you to love your RingedRoots piece. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly or arrives damaged, you can request an exchange or resize within 30 days of delivery. Custom or engraved pieces may not be eligible for return — please contact us for details.

How should I care for my wooden ring?

Our rings are finished with natural oils and protective coatings. To keep yours looking beautiful, avoid prolonged exposure to water, extreme heat, or harsh chemicals. A light re-oiling with beeswax or natural wood oil every few months helps maintain its shine.
